Mr. Dikanarov is an engineer and MSA in economy. Since 1980 he has been responsible secretary of The Bulgarian-Libyan Committee for Economic and Scientific Cooperation from Bulgarian side and has been participant in all sessions from No 12 up to No 21. He had been working for 5 years from 1983 till 1988 in Libya as a commercial attache, and for 4 years from 1996 till 2000 as a Bulgarian commercial counselor. KFK Co uses principally new technology for the production of new and repair and reconditioning of used pipes. This new technology aims increase of pipe service life even compared to brand new tubing. It allows wear resistance of thread joints to rise above 50 round trips. Up-to-date technology and application using automated system equipment may favour the oil production in the following aspects:

• A rise in the service life of thread joints compared to the same characteristic of the brand new pipes what is achieved through the special methods of treatment and hardening of the threads;
• High reliability of both the tubing repair process and characteristics of reconditioned pipes, reliability index been estimated on objective criteria achieved through state-of-the-art diagnostics and control of thread joints and couplings;
• Increased capacity of production- a result of the implementation of automated production process incorporating state-of-the-art diagnostics and control of thread joints and couplings, unique technology of yield reconditioning of the thread joints as well as effective identification and traceability;
• Improved leak proofness of thread joints that leads to oil leak reduction;
• A possibility to prognosticate the periods of preventive repair activities on wells equipped with such tubing pipes;
• Lower emergency risk of thread joints and consequently reduced number of wells repairs
