We are pleased to inform you that AOTS will organize the following Management Training Courses for fiscal 2007.

1. The Program for Quality Management (PQM)
2. The Training Course on Solving Human & Organizational Problems (SHOP)

We are sending you herewith the “Program Outline and Participation Requirements” and other necessary documents required for applying to take part in the said courses.

You are kindly requested to nominate applicants who meet the qualifications specified in article 3 “PARTICIPATION?REQUIREMENTS” of the “Program Outline and Participation Requirements”.

In connection with this, we would appreciate it very much if you could send us the submitted application forms to AOTS Head Office by no later than 24 January 2007 for PQM course and 23 February 2007 for SHOP course.

If your alumni society recruits candidates for the said courses, you are kindly advised not to collect any local fees from the candidates to cover local administration costs. Such expenditure incurred related to recruitment can be claimed from AOTS in either of the following ways.

1. If your alumni society has concluded the “Agreement on the Work in Connection with the Recruitment and Recommendation of Participants and Other Work Related to AOTS Management Program in Japan”, such costs shall be covered with the amount to be paid by AOTS in line with the contracted agreement.
2. If your alumni society has not concluded the “Agreement on the Work in Connection with the Recruitment and Recommendation of Participants and Other Work Related to AOTS Management Program in Japan”, your alumni society is entitled to claim reimbursement of the expenditure incurred by your alumni society from AOTS. The claimable expenditure shall be limited to the cost, such as advertisement fees in magazines or newspapers or charges for courier services. Please note that receipts and documentary evidence shall be necessary when claiming such expenses.
